Founding Team
Michael Farber: Strategist, leader, and innovation executive, Michael brings a laser-focused approach to maximizing large-scale change and transformation to leading organizations globally while delivering investment returns. His extensive experience spans emerging technologies, risk management, cybersecurity, and more. He has advised and supported leadership extensively at Department of Energy and several of the largest grid operators. Before launching Gridvolve, he built his career as the Chief Innovation Officer at Booz Allen. Michael earned a B.A. in environmental design and planning from the University of New York at Buffalo. He also holds an M.P.A. in public policy and administration from Columbia University.

C’pher Gresham: Entrepreneur, leader, and technologist, C'pher drives global impact through innovation and partnerships. With a rich background, C’pher was the former CEO of SEED SPOT, a globally recognized startup accelerator, and led AWS Activate: Founders globally, the leading startup program for startups adopting the cloud. Notable for co-founding Swillings Coffee, an impact-driven Colombian coffee company, and co-founding Front Row, the first political and cause-based NFT marketplace, he actively mentors at George Washington University. He holds a B.A. from The George Washington University and an MBA Summa Cum Laude from Thunderbird School of Global Management, specializing in early-stage financing.
